Hey girl!! Four pounds?!! Good job!! That's what I've been doing for the last 2 months. I've cut out all the meat and chicken from my diet and strictly eat fish/seafood. Keep up the good work.

Sometimes you reach a weight loss plateau. That's prob all it was. Your weight loss journey is really inspiring, don't worry, you're doing awesome.

I love fish! I eat a lot of salmon. At least twice a week I have salmon. I also do like KFC and order the grilled chicken and mashed potatoes (which is better than fries since it's not fried). There are a lot of ways to still enjoy food, like you mentioned!

These are greats tips. You are absolutely right - every little helps. So today perhaps You lost little bit, but in total it will counts and make big difference. You go girl! I'm so proud of You. Even I try to do little things- more walking, more then ever sipping water and all those little things what makes a difference at the end of the day.
